Job Description:

Lead the investment strategy for a dynamic, rapidly growing renewable energy company in Japan. You will be responsible for originating, evaluating, and executing investments in renewable energy projects across Japan. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement the firm's investment strategy, conduct due diligence on potential investments, and manage the portfolio of existing investments. You will also be involved in building relationships with key stakeholders in the renewable energy sector.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the origination and execution of investments in renewable energy projects
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, including financial modeling and risk assessment
  • Develop and maintain investment theses for various renewable energy sectors
  • Manage the firm's portfolio of existing investments, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for optimization
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, lenders, and government officials
  • Prepare comprehensive investment memos and presentations for senior management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-4 years of experience in finance
  • Finance and Accounting skills
