Job Description:

Reporting to the Senior Director of Investment Analytics, you will be part of Jellyfish's investment analytics team, a broad and diverse team within the paid media practice that includes marketing analysts, data scientists and data visualisation experts. As well as being responsible for data collection, you will perform daily marketing analytics consultations while driving the long-term strategic vision of the measurement framework, testing agenda and dashboard solutions of relevant clients. You will help build automated reports and advanced analytics.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contribute to the process of automating data collection
  • Clarify goals and deadlines to define dash-boarding solutions, cover data sources, data collection, schema and visual design
  • Work with cross-functional teams to present relevant analysis that contributes to our client's objectives
  • Propose process improvements to improve relevant goals for the client
  • Define a measurement framework that reflects account strategies, identifying appropriate data sources and KPIs aligned with team goals and illustrating campaign effectiveness
  • Plan measurement proposals to evaluate and refine the activity, including test and learn, conversion increase studies and deeper analysis
  • Understand client needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions

Requirements:

  • Experience working with diverse data sources across multiple channels to produce insight
  • 4 + years of experience in data management, ETL best practices and SQL, Data Analytics
  • Experience with Google BigQuery
  • Proficiency with Tableau is necessary
  • Experience with paid media data (social, search, display, video) and Google Analytics
  • Experience with Python for processing data and building ML models (API experience desirable)
  • Experience with Looker Studio and Power BI
  • Proficient knowledge of digital activation and understanding of the levers that a digital marketer can activate to influence marketing results
  • Experience keeping a pipeline of opportunities organised and up-to-date, combined with a careful approach to the process
  • Knowledge of media experiments and lift studies desirable
