Job Responsibility:
Evaluate property, private equity and fund opportunities
Model investment returns, cash flows and sensitivities
Perform financial, commercial and qualitative due diligence
Review external manager proposals and market data
Monitor macroeconomic and sector-specific trends
Prepare investment memos and materials for custodians
Communicate investment rationales and risk drivers
Manage information flows with legal and tax advisor
Requirements:
2 - 4 years’ experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, or private equity
Advanced financial modelling skills, including integrated three-way models
Proven ability to build investment models across property and private equity
Deep knowledge of IRR, NPV, sensitivity analysis and return attribution
Expert proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and investment reporting tools
