Job Description

We are seeking an Investment Analyst/Senior Investment Analyst to join our team and support the active management and optimization of our real estate investment portfolio. This role focuses on monitoring existing investments, driving performance, and supporting strategic decisions throughout the asset lifecycle - from acquisition and stabilization through operations and exit.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct ongoing financial analysis, cash flow forecasting, and scenario modelling to evaluate the performance of existing investments
  • Monitor asset-level KPIs, budgets, and business plans, identifying risks, variances, and value-creation opportunities
  • Prepare financial reports, valuations, and performance summaries for internal management, investment committees, and external partners
  • Support asset management activities across development, leasing, financing and exit phases
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors (appraisers, lenders, auditors, consultants, property managers)
  • Participate in periodic asset reviews and support strategic decision-making, including hold/sell analyses and capital allocation
  • Assist in managing joint ventures, including tracking partner obligations, distributions, and compliance with agreements
  • Contribute to portfolio-level analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement of asset management processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, real estate, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience in real estate, investment management, private equity, Big 4, or financial analysis
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and reporting skills with advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency
  • Solid understanding of real estate fundamentals, including development budgets and financing structures, cash flows
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong communication skills to engage with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple assets and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Fluent knowledge of both - Czech and English languages
