As a crucial member of our growing KYA team in Vilnius you will be accountable for the responsibilities listed.
Job Responsibility:
Client Relations: Preparing and responding to client inquiries and requests
Communication: Engaging directly with the client’s investment teams to ensure compliance and clarity throughout the due diligence process
Compliance: Adhering to all regulatory and internal requirements related to the AML/KYA due diligence processes
Conducting Due Diligence: Reviewing information and documents pertaining to various transactions and asset types
Monitoring: Conducting ongoing monitoring of investment activities
Record Keeping: Ensuring KYA information is accurately maintained in the database and the electronic document management system (EDMS)
Reporting: Maintaining internal trackers and databases for KPI reporting
Reviews: Following up with clients on any missing KYA information
Training and Awareness: Developing a comprehensive understanding of different investment types and the specifics of each transaction
Requirements:
You hold a university degree
Experience in alternative assets (e.g., PE, RE) or Compliance and/or a strong AML/KYC background, preferably in a Legal or Financial Services environment
You have an interest in alternative investments and the operations of alternative asset funds
You show a high interest in regulatory and compliance topics
You are fluent in English
You like working in a small team and you are able to think out of the box
You are a results-oriented person
You combine a large autonomy with the necessary attention to detail
You possess strong customer service skills, particularly in written communication
Nice to have:
Any other language will be considered an advantage
Hold a relevant professional qualification or be working towards one would be an asset but not a requirement
