Job Description:

As a crucial member of our growing KYA team in Vilnius you will be accountable for the responsibilities listed.

Job Responsibility:

  • Client Relations: Preparing and responding to client inquiries and requests
  • Communication: Engaging directly with the client’s investment teams to ensure compliance and clarity throughout the due diligence process
  • Compliance: Adhering to all regulatory and internal requirements related to the AML/KYA due diligence processes
  • Conducting Due Diligence: Reviewing information and documents pertaining to various transactions and asset types
  • Monitoring: Conducting ongoing monitoring of investment activities
  • Record Keeping: Ensuring KYA information is accurately maintained in the database and the electronic document management system (EDMS)
  • Reporting: Maintaining internal trackers and databases for KPI reporting
  • Reviews: Following up with clients on any missing KYA information
  • Training and Awareness: Developing a comprehensive understanding of different investment types and the specifics of each transaction

Requirements:

  • You hold a university degree
  • Experience in alternative assets (e.g., PE, RE) or Compliance and/or a strong AML/KYC background, preferably in a Legal or Financial Services environment
  • You have an interest in alternative investments and the operations of alternative asset funds
  • You show a high interest in regulatory and compliance topics
  • You are fluent in English
  • You like working in a small team and you are able to think out of the box
  • You are a results-oriented person
  • You combine a large autonomy with the necessary attention to detail
  • You possess strong customer service skills, particularly in written communication

  • Any other language will be considered an advantage
  • Hold a relevant professional qualification or be working towards one would be an asset but not a requirement
