Job Responsibility

Accurately process and maintain records of a portfolio of investments
Perform financial analysis including balance sheet reconciliations and variance reports
Facilitate a timely and accurate monthly close of property general ledgers and creation of property-level financial statements
Collaborate with the Investment Accounting leadership and Asset Management teams on budgeting and reforecasting processes for all properties
Review accounts receivable detail along with operations teams to determine required bad debt reserves and ensure all income is billed in accordance with lease terms
Participate in departmental projects aimed at deploying updated processes and technology to create efficiencies and automate manual tasks
Assist with special projects or tasks to support the overall company’s goals
Contribute to the development of procedures around financial reporting and internal controls
