We are looking for an experienced Investment Accountant to join a reputable real estate firm in Beverly Hills, California. This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented and has a solid background in accounting, particularly within the real estate investment and development sector. You will play a key role in managing financial processes and ensuring accurate reporting for multifamily investments and syndications.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform month-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all journal entries are correctly recorded
  • Conduct thorough account and bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
  • Utilize QuickBooks to manage accounting operations and streamline processes
  • Analyze financial data related to real estate investments and development projects

Requirements
