Job Description

The Role We are hiring an Investigations Team Manager in our FTP Case Progression & Quality team, you will manage a team of Regulatory Investigators to ensure case load is managed professionally within Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators, high risk cases identified and interim orders obtained. This is a fast paced and demanding role, requiring strong people management experience, ability to problem solve, regulatory investigation and or disciplinary expertise.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and motivate a team of Regulatory Investigators, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Oversee complex and sensitive investigations, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to regulatory standards
  • Work confidently under pressure managing competing priorities, tight deadlines, and a dynamic caseload environment
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders, offering case progression advice and influencing at all levels
  • Tackle operational leadership responsibilities, from workflow management to reporting and decision making
  • Manage a range of people matters with professionalism, sensitivity, and strong judgement from recruitment to probation support, performance management, coaching and mentoring

Requirements
