Job Description:

Airswift is seeking an Inventory & Warehouse Analyst to support a major client within the supply chain department in Midland, TX, on a six-month contract. Work Schedule: 9/80 or 5/40 schedule. The percentage of travel required for this position is 15% - 20%

Job Responsibility:

  • Completing physical inventory counts to ensure compliance and inventory accuracy on a routine basis
  • Management of a transfer inbox, receiving emails from a variety of vendors for multiple yards
  • SAP entry of all in and outbound movements of material from various yards
  • Accurate and timely entry of lease-to-lease movements
  • Purchase requisition creation for purchases into inventory as needed
  • Working closely with SCM buyers and operations regarding on hand inventory
  • Understand and apply all company environmental, health and safety policies and principles
  • Maintain compliance with proper regulatory and guidelines: SOX, COPAS etc

Requirements:

  • Experience in Materials Management
  • Experience with SAP and the Oil & Gas industry
  • Strong analytical, computer (MS Office suite), and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build working relationships
  • Ability to perform independently in both an office and field environment
  • Flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic, multi-task, customer service environment
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • High school or GED required
  • Valid drivers license with no restrictions that would prohibit driving a company vehicle is required
