Hayley Dexis is recruiting for an Inventory Supervisor to join our well-established and experienced Logistics Team. The current and main objective of this role is to effectively monitor, maintain and maximise our UK stock holdings working closely with our branch network. You’ll lead inventory control daily across all stock locations and branches, maintaining accurate records within the systems ensuring high levels of accuracy. The main deliverable of this role is to ensure the systems data balances and is aligned to the physical stock holding in each location. Being proactive around stock checking, ensuring items have accurate bin locations and providing appropriate support to the network to keep on top of this. Leading on rolling stock cleanse projects will ensure min / max volumes are consistently managed, dealing with expired stock and assisting with disposal or relocation and making the right commercially responsible decisions for the business. Other projects include leading on the rolling annual stock checking process, monitoring where our network is against target and flagging when locations are behind schedule. Offering support where needed by the network. Leading end of year stock audits. As the supervisor you’ll deal with escalations from your team mainly around high value stock issues. You’ll deal with a range of data and report requests from the branch network, so you’ll need to be skilled with Excel with the ability to run reports, manipulate data and use pivot tables. Good knowledge of our systems and products is key in this position, you’ll be process driven, have a love of data and know our systems – understanding how to get the best from them! You will play a significant role in the move from Sxe to M3.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Knowledge and experience of using SXe along with our products and locations.
A high level of skill with Excel and other Microsoft products.
Experience in an inventory or similar stock role position.
Understanding of inventory control
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
The ability to challenge in the right way.
Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
Strong attention to detail.
