Inventory specialist

• Physical Management: Receive, label, and organize incoming parts in the warehouse and production areas
• Data Integrity: Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories to reconcile with our database (MS Access/QuickBooks)
• Production Support: Replenish production lines from main storage to ensure zero downtime
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Purchasing, Shipping/Receiving, and Database Administration to resolve issues in real-time
• System Optimization: Play a key role in data cleaning and labeling projects to ensure a smooth transition to our upcoming ERP

• 2 to 3 years in inventory management or warehouse operations (Manufacturing environment preferred)
• Proficiency in ERP systems or databases (Access/QuickBooks experience is a major plus)
• High tech-savviness is required for the July transition
• Anglophone or Bilingual (Essential for internal communication)
• Exceptionally organized, punctual, and capable of working with diverse teams and departments
• Ability to handle and move inventory items up to approx. 22 kg (50 lbs)

Forklift certification is an asset (If not, we can provide certification on-site!)
