Job Responsibility:
Maintain accurate on-hand inventory through daily monitoring and adjustments
Execute cycle counts and full physical inventories as scheduled
Identify, research, and resolve inventory discrepancies (shrink, mis-picks, receiving errors)
Manage outs and low-stock items
Partner with store leadership on replenishment strategies
Ensure high-demand and seasonal items stay in stock
Maintain backroom organization and top stock standards
Ensure proper labeling, signage, and bin location accuracy
Support seasonal transitions (lawn & garden, heating, holiday, etc.)
Monitor and help reduce shrink through proper processes and awareness
Utilize systems (AceNet, POS, inventory tools) to track and manage inventory
Assist with store readiness walks and ensure shelves are customer-ready
Requirements:
Previous retail or inventory control experience preferred (hardware experience a plus)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with inventory systems and basic reporting tools
Strong organizational skills, especially in backroom/overstock areas
Ability to lift and move merchandise (up to 50 lbs.)
