Job Description:

The Manager of Inventory, Quality, and Control is responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management (core production, NPI/Damages, cycle counts, slotting) and quality assurance (security, investigations, root cause analysis, inventory variance investigation) within the distribution center.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree preferred or a related field preferred or verifiable High School Diploma/GED accompanied by 3+ years of related on the job experience in lieu of degree
3+ years of experience in inventory control, quality management, asset protection, or related roles, preferably in a distribution or logistics environment
Strong understanding of inventory management principles, quality assurance standards, investigations, and regulatory requirements
Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team and drive results
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
Regular and reliable on-site attendance
15-20% travel

Nice to have:

APICS CPIM or CLTD certification
Six Sigma Green Belt certification
PMP certification
LP Qualified (LPQ) or LP Certified (LPC) certification
Understanding of Government Regulatory expectations (OSHA, DEP, FDA)
