Job Description:

The Inventory Optimization and E-Commerce Coordinator (SOQ Coordinator) is a key contributor to ensuring optimal inventory management in our e-Commerce platform. By leveraging market insights, such as seasonality and brand performance, the SOQ Coordinator supports the Suggested Order Quantity tool, driving stability in product volume and reducing out-of-stock occurrences. This role involves analyzing current practices, suggesting improvements, and designing system modifications to ensure our retail outlets are consistently stocked and able to meet demand.

Job Responsibility:

Manage ordering metrics to drive positive customer behaviors
Analyze data to provide recommendations on product volumes across retail outlets
Ensure data integrity by examining the correlation between orders and inventories
Develop and implement strategies to enhance data accuracy and predictability of volumes
Generate performance reports, summarizing trends and insights
Monitor in-store inventories to prevent missed sales opportunities
Load and manage data in Salesforce and Tumbleweed

Requirements:

2–5 years of relevant work experience
Strong knowledge of statistics and probability
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex topics clearly
Detail-oriented and meticulous
Positive, proactive working attitude with strong time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Bilingualism is required to support French and English speaking clients across Canada
Proficient in Excel
Familiarity with MicroStrategy
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

Experience with Python or other programming languages
Knowledge of economic principles
French language skills
