As an Inventory & Logistics Operations Specialist, you will ensure accurate inventory control, manage purchase orders end‑to‑end, and coordinate timely deliveries with suppliers. You’ll play a key role in maintaining reliable ERP data, validating invoices, and resolving discrepancies to support smooth logistics and efficient operations.
Job Responsibility:
Manage accurate inventory levels across all warehouses and operational locations, including cycle counts and reconciliations
Identify discrepancies, obsolete items, and propose corrective actions to ensure data integrity
Generate key reports including rotation, consumption, forecasting, and replenishment
Create, track, and update purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers to ensure on‑time and compliant deliveries
Coordinate merchandise receiving and validation with warehouse teams and operational sites
Support accounts payable by validating invoices, confirming prices and quantities, and resolving discrepancies
Maintain updated supplier information, documentation, and contract records while ensuring alignment with ERP and internal trackers
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Industrial Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
2–3 years of experience in inventory management, logistics operations, or procurement (ideally in ERP-driven environments)
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
Intermediate Excel proficiency with experience generating reports
Hands-on experience working with ERP systems
Detail-oriented, analytical, effective communicator, and highly organized
Experience with accounts payable processes or invoice validation
