Job Responsibility

  • Lead inventory processes to ensure accurate forecasting, control and resource optimisation
  • Drive inventory accuracy through robust systems, reducing discrepancies and improving transparency
  • Oversee stock management, cycle counts and forecasting to minimise downtime and maximise productivity
  • Manage and support a regional-based distribution team to ensure consistent service delivery and operational alignment
  • Manage 3PL partners to deliver strong service levels across logistics, packaging and raw materials
  • Own logistics operations including transport routes, last-mile delivery and cost/efficiency optimisation
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Commercial, Supply Chain and Brand teams to support operational results
  • Embed a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Support digital transformation across ERP, eCommerce and customer-facing systems
  • Champion sustainability, quality and safety initiatives aligned with governance and B-Corp commitments

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in supply chain, logistics or a related field, with a focus on inventory management
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, 3PL management and supply chain best practice
  • Commercial and analytical capability to balance cost, service and accuracy
  • Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
  • A commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Supply Chain or a related field (preferred)
  • A current forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)
