Job Description

The Inventory & Logistics Assistant for a medical response flight team is responsible for maintaining full readiness of aircraft parts, tools, and operational supplies by managing inventory levels, purchasing needed items, and ensuring all materials are organized, stocked, and pre-staged for maintenance activities. This role works closely with mechanics and flight operations to anticipate upcoming repair needs, reduce downtime through proactive preparation, and ensure timely availability of critical components. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment where accuracy and reliability directly support emergency medical flight operations.
