Must be at least 21 years old
High school diploma and 2-3 years stocking and management experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions, both written and verbal
Strong analytical and communication skills and ability to work with confidential information
Computer knowledge of Excel and Outlook
Ability to understand and follow standard operating procedure
Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and maintain a professional appearance
Ability to make independent decisions using good judgement within policy guidelines

Job Responsibility

Responsible for maintaining inventory control and ensuring proper rotation of goods
Manages store operations such as key management along with loading and operating tills
Performs general maintenance duties on the building, grounds, cases, shelves, and vehicles

Supervise a crew of hourly mechanical maintenance employees
Uphold and enforce safety, environmental, job procedures, and maintain general discipline of the crew
Communicate with upstream and downstream operations and non-Cleveland-Cliffs contractors to coordinate work, deliveries, and service
Enforce safety regulations, conduct daily safety communications, monitor monthly safety activities, and conduct safety inspections as needed
Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and maintenance activities within or between departments
Coordinate and monitor the mechanical work of external contractors for the purpose of ensuring that projects are satisfactorily completed in a timely manner
Maintain spares inventory with a primary focus on the mechanical components required to maintain operational
