Job Responsibility

Establish effective working relationships with operational personnel, delivering clear and concise financial data to enhance their understanding of financial results within their responsibilities
Develop and maintain financial models and reports for management and other leaders
Calculate and analyze breakeven points by plant and product to inform financial strategies
Create, validate, and support manufacturing KPI’s to streamline operations
Analyze and evaluate capital project requests for compliance with corporate policy, including ROI justification
Conduct thorough research on inventory transactions to ensure accuracy
Analyze actual manufacturing costs, comparing them to budgets and historical results, and effectively communicate findings
Investigate operating costs to identify trends and devise coordinated plans to reduce costs
Initiate and implement best practices and procedures, aiming to identify and eliminate manual processes
Develop financial controls and strategize auditing and testing of programs and procedures
