Inventory Coordinator

• Complete and/or verify all inventory transactions (Mix, production, warehouse transfers)
• Analyze information to understand how problems occurred and how to make the necessary adjustments
• Produce inventory reports to help management make the best possible decisions
• Train other employees to provide backup for each of the responsibilities
• Deposit entry
• Accounts receivable follow-up
• Supplier invoice entry
• Supplier payments
• Management of plant employee files
• Other general tasks

• Previous experience in inventory management and/or accounting is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Knowledge of [specific industry software/tools] is a plus
