Job Responsibility:

  • Allocation of warehouse lot numbers to inventory within SAPB1 ERP system (35%)
  • Completion of daily customer invoicing (25%)
  • Monthly inventory reconciliation of 3rd party warehouse reports to internal ERP, adjusting as required. (20%)
  • Liaison with external 3rd party warehouse providers to resolve discrepancies (10%)
  • Liaison with internal Logistics, Supply Chain, and Coordination departments to resolve discrepancies (10%)

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience with inventory coordination and departments
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with numbers an asset
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken a must
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the SAPB1 system is an asset
