Job Description

We are looking for a versatile Inventory Controller to join our Wacol operations. This isn't just a data-entry role; it's a high-impact position managing complex off-site inventory and local stores. The Role: This is a 'hybrid' warehouse role designed for someone who understands the flow of goods from the purchase order to the final shelf. You will be responsible for maintaining 100% accuracy across our local site and external storage locations.

Job Responsibility

  • Inventory Management: Full control of stock levels using Oracle (required)
  • Off-Site Coordination: Managing inventory movements and audits for off-site locations
  • Purchasing: Raising POs, managing suppliers, and ensuring lead times are met
  • Storeman Duties: Loading/unloading trucks, picking/packing, and general warehouse upkeep
  • Compliance: Ensuring all safety and inventory protocols are strictly followed

Requirements

  • High proficiency in Oracle
  • Current Forklift License (LF) with solid operating experience
  • Proven background in inventory control and purchasing (specifically managing off-site stock)
  • A 'no task too small' mindset
  • Proximity to Wacol or a reliable way to commute to the Western Suburbs
