Requirements

High proficiency in Oracle
Current Forklift License (LF) with solid operating experience
Proven background in inventory control and purchasing (specifically managing off-site stock)
A 'no task too small' mindset
Proximity to Wacol or a reliable way to commute to the Western Suburbs

Job Responsibility

Inventory Management: Full control of stock levels using Oracle (required)
Off-Site Coordination: Managing inventory movements and audits for off-site locations
Purchasing: Raising POs, managing suppliers, and ensuring lead times are met
Storeman Duties: Loading/unloading trucks, picking/packing, and general warehouse upkeep
Compliance: Ensuring all safety and inventory protocols are strictly followed

Requirements

Experience from an administration and stock control environment
A MHE Counter Balance licence would be advantageous but not essential
Proactive and flexible approach
Ability to prioritise and work under pressure

Strong numeracy/literacy

Job Responsibility

Managing stock control & updating WMS
Accurate stock counting
Assisting Operations & Customer Services with queries
Assisting with proactive investigations of any stock discrepancies
Assisting the Team Leader with stock takes and customer counts
Maintain systems with accurate and real-time data
Provide accurate reporting to colleagues or customers as and when required
Take responsibility for themselves and others at all times observing Health and Safety and any related laws governing the workplace
Able to assist in other duties reasonably requested by the Team Leader and Management
