Inventory Controller

• Physical Perpetual Inventory checks across the multiple sections of the business
• Enter data into SAP S4HANA / D365 systems in a timely manner
• Investigate discrepancies with actual v systemic values
• Order stocks at the point of trigger / buffer stock levels
• Minimise obsolete / redundant stock levels
• Communicate with internal / external partners on any potential shortage issues
• Organise & file paperwork in accordance with auditing guidelines
• Maintain and build up a good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
• Understands and demonstrates good business understanding of internal / external requirements
• Be able to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team & individually
• Communicate effectively with all other departments
• Prioritises on a continual basis ensuring that key tasks receive the greatest attention
• Ability to respond, quickly and effectively to changes in a proactive manner

• Proven experience as Inventory Controller or similar position (Minimum of 2yrs)
• Experience of SAP S4HANA / D365 is preferred
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Excel “pivot tables & formulas”
• Excellent organizational, planning & problem-solving skills
• Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
• Team worker as well as the ability to work on own initiative
• Ability to meet deadlines without compromising on quality
• FLT Licence – Desirable
