Job Description:

Performs inventory maintenance duties. Applies functional inventory control knowledge to maintain accuracy and performance standards and to support store order needs. Arranges workflow to meet inventory control deliverables.

Job Responsibility:

Maintains the Inventory Control area under general supervision
Conducts routine audits on department processes
Communicates deviations from expected outcomes to internal teams
Assists with the collection of feedback from employees across the department
Compiles and reconciles discrepancies found with book inventory
Maintains invoices, returns, warranty claims, and/or exchanges for the distribution department
Collects billing, pricing for service quotes, and cycle counts for shipped items
Inspects stock items within the distribution department for wear, tear, or defects
Communicates with the distribution team on shipments and organizes receipts
Monitors processes and maintains inventory control records for accuracy and efficiency
Observes team performance within the distribution department and delivers performance evaluations

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills
0-1 year prior relevant work experience
