Job Description:

The position primarily focuses on managing, supervising, and maintaining Fulfillment Center inventory accuracy and oversight. Responsibilities include collaboration on audits, inventory control, managing discrepancies, vendor coordination, and handling damages accurately.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as primary contact with Audit for the center Inventory Audits
  • Investigates and reconciles all Audit discrepancies
  • Collaborates with FC Manager on results of their Cycle count and Audit prep
  • Knows and understands all inventory statuses, screens and count reports
  • Uses tools like Scale Utilities and Power BI to track inventory history
  • Perform electronics cycle counts on a weekly basis
  • Performs perpetual inventory daily and counts the entire warehouse weekly
  • Works on Pick Sequence Verification report weekly
  • Immediately reconciles all over and short discrepancies sent back from stores
  • Coordinates with vendors and carriers for Return to Vendor requests
  • Follows written guidelines to correct count variances and investigate discrepancies
  • Physically audits all damages and orders parts if needed
  • Maintains inventory accuracy in the damage area and properly labels items
  • Maintains a damage discount flyer to expedite scratch and dent items to stores

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a similar & fast-paced environment
  • HS Diploma
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Extremely flexible with the ability to easily shift priorities with a can-do attitude
