Job Description:

The Inventory Control Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of 20+ non-exempt employees in CVS Health's distribution facility. In this role, you will direct workflow for warehouse employees and lead their team to meet and exceed daily targets. You will manage day to day work operations, evaluate work performance, and assist manager in total leadership and operations with initiative, leadership, and continuous improvement thinking.

Job Responsibility:

Leading a team of 20+ non-exempt employees
Direct workflow for warehouse employees
Hiring, on-boarding, training, scheduling, and assigning work
Maintain high level of performance for Inventory control, slotting, cycle counting, root cause analysis
Manage and sustain high standards through 5S, lean and cleanliness
Promotes safety, security, awareness and compliance
Executes daily activities and operational plans in compliance with SOP's
Strive to meet or exceed all Key performance Indicators
Conducts performance appraisals and training
Coordinates processes with leadership of all DC areas

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years supervising Inventory Control functions within a Distribution Center/Warehouse
2 years supervisory experience
1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required

Nice to have:

Bi-Lingual
Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System)
Bachelor's degree
Background in Six Sigma production techniques
