Job Responsibility

  • Own end-to-end stock accuracy across Lightspeed, warehouse systems, and store locations
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies including transfers, receipting issues, partial orders, and negative stock to protect inventory integrity and auto-replenishment accuracy
  • Serve as the central point of support for store stock integrity, resolving issues related to systems, SKUs, barcodes, pricing, and processes
  • Run and review stock integrity reporting including adjustments, variances, redelegations, and cycle counts, ensuring strong controls, compliance, and audit trails
  • Coordinate and analyse store and warehouse stocktakes, identifying root causes of variance and implementing preventative improvements
  • Oversee inbound stock coordination with logistics partners and suppliers, ensuring accurate receipting and invoice alignment
  • Develop clear stock process guides, deliver training, and lead continuous improvement to uplift stock handling capability across the business

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in inventory control, stock integrity, supply chain, or retail operations
  • Strong understanding of retail stock management, inventory control, and replenishment logic
  • Advanced experience with Lightspeed or similar POS/inventory systems
  • High-level Excel skills for reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting
  • Proven analytical and investigative capability with strong attention to detail
  • Experience coordinating stock takes and managing stock variance investigations
  • Practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
  • Confident communicator, able to influence compliance and work with multiple teams
  • Fashion or multi-store retail experience is strongly preferred
