Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Inventory Control Specialist to join our small but vital Inventory Control team. This role reports directly to US management and plays a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials throughout our warehouse.

Job Responsibility:

Maintain accurate inventory records in our company-specific system
Manage stock levels, review reports, and initiate replenishment orders to meet production demands
Prepare and organise goods for kitting and picking operations
Operate a reach truck (training provided) to move materials within the warehouse
Conduct cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy
Communicate effectively with the kitting and picking teams to ensure timely material availability

Requirements:

A proactive individual with a keen eye for detail
A team player with excellent communication skills
Able to follow instructions and work independently
Comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse environment (temperature-controlled)
Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office
Able to lift up to 70 lbs and operate a pallet jack (training can be provided if needed)
Proficient in English, both written and spoken
