Job Description:

This position involves managing inventory at the assigned facility, which includes purchasing, tracking balances, and maintaining proper stock levels. The role is physically demanding and requires operating tools such as pallet jacks. Additional responsibilities include managing return goods, assisting in cycle counting, and maintaining a clean, organized pharmacy environment.

Job Responsibility:

Purchasing and receiving of inventory
Tracking and reconciliation of inventory balances
Selection of product and supplies under the direction of the supervisor
Managing return goods according to standard operating procedures
Monitoring product trends and shortages to ensure proper inventory levels
Ensuring pharmacy pick and pack stations are stocked with medication and supplies
Assisting in maintaining dispensing and back stock refrigerators and freezers
Filing inventory and SOX documentation
Assisting in cycle counting functions
Monitoring and pulling short-dated or expired product from inventory
Maintaining the pharmacy in a clean and professional manner

Requirements:

Comfortable operating a Pallet Jack (will train on site)
Ability to lift up to 40-50 pounds
Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for several hours
No tech license required for Nevada inventory role
