Job Responsibility:

Execute regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies to ensure data integrity
Maintain inventory management systems with precise, up-to-date information
Investigate and resolve stock issues, including damaged, misplaced, or missing items
Support the preparation and execution of audits, physical inventory counts, and returns
Analyze and optimize warehouse layouts to maximize operational productivity
Generate velocity reports and strategically assign locations for new product arrivals
Partner with warehouse teams to ensure rigorous standards for storage and material handling
Perform additional operational duties as required to support the team

Requirements:

Previous experience in warehouse or inventory control is preferred, but not required
Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided
Strong commitment to workplace safety standards and best practices
Comfort working in a cold-storage environment
Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver objects weighing 30+ lbs
Physical stamina to manage repetitive movements and manual labor throughout a full shift
Proven time management skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software
Steel-toed shoes required for safety
Comfortable working in cold, freezer, and wet environments
