Job Description:

Performs inventory maintenance duties. Applies functional inventory control knowledge to maintain accuracy and performance standards and to support store order needs. Arranges workflow to meet inventory control deliverables.

Job Responsibility:

Maintains the Inventory Control area under general supervision
Conducts routine audits on department processes
Communicates deviations from expected outcomes to internal teams
Assists with collection of feedback from employees
Compiles and reconciles discrepancies found with book inventory
Maintains invoices, returns, warranty claims, and/or exchanges for the distribution department
Collects billing, pricing for service quotes, and cycle counts
Inspects stock items for wear, tear, or defects and reports to supervisors
Communicates with distribution team on shipments and organizes receipts
Monitors processes and maintains inventory control records
Determines root cause of inventory variances
Observes team performance and delivers performance evaluations

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
0-1 year prior relevant work experience
Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills
