The Inventory Specialist is responsible for researching inventory discrepancies, running daily cycle count reports, keying in cycle count entries, confirming variances, making multiple inventory adjustments include RTS, investigating product shortages and monitoring inventory moves.

Compiles data from purchase orders, invoices and accounting reports and writes, types, or enters information into computer to maintain inventory records
Able to communicate with Procurement team and vendors to resolve product problems
Utilizes Voice-Directed and/or an RF hand held unit to cycle count and research inventory variances
Utilizes fixed station computers to analyze, research, and adjust inventory variances
Operates material handling equipment to cycle count and research inventory variances
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required
Minimum of six months to one year related experience required
Knowledge of the WMiS system and TOLAS Inventory software
Proficient experience in Microsoft Word and Excel programs
Able to work with RF scan equipment
Must be able to carry, lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
The associate is frequently required to stand, walk, and climb
