Job Description:

Join Our Team as an Inventory Co-ordinator! Our client is seeking a dedicated Inventory Co-ordinator to join their team in Staines, UK. This temporary full-time position offers an incredible opportunity to work within a dynamic environment where your contributions will make a significant impact. As an Inventory Co-ordinator, you will ensure the timely and accurate reconciliation of fuel transactions within the operational network, investigate stock anomalies, participate in weekly stock reconciliation meetings, and more.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure 100% accuracy in customer delivery confirmations
Input depot storage dips and reconcile product left on vehicles
Investigate stock anomalies in collaboration with Operational Managers
Participate in weekly stock reconciliation meetings to discuss stock loss and gains
Maintain the integrity of records and accurate data entry
Provide proof of deliveries to sales and operational teams
Liaise with operational staff to ensure proper delivery confirmation procedures
Report any inconsistencies to the Team Manager promptly
Communicate with drivers to resolve stock discrepancies

Requirements:

Experience in a multi-site logistics business or stock administration is desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
Professionalism and integrity
Strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility and teamwork
