Join Our Team as an Inventory Co-ordinator! Our client is seeking a dedicated Inventory Co-ordinator to join their team in Staines, UK. This temporary full-time position offers an incredible opportunity to work within a dynamic environment where your contributions will make a significant impact. As an Inventory Co-ordinator, you will ensure the timely and accurate reconciliation of fuel transactions within the operational network, investigate stock anomalies, participate in weekly stock reconciliation meetings, and more.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure 100% accuracy in customer delivery confirmations
  • Input depot storage dips and reconcile product left on vehicles
  • Investigate stock anomalies in collaboration with Operational Managers
  • Participate in weekly stock reconciliation meetings to discuss stock loss and gains
  • Maintain the integrity of records and accurate data entry
  • Provide proof of deliveries to sales and operational teams
  • Liaise with operational staff to ensure proper delivery confirmation procedures
  • Report any inconsistencies to the Team Manager promptly
  • Communicate with drivers to resolve stock discrepancies

Requirements:

  • Experience in a multi-site logistics business or stock administration is desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
  • Professionalism and integrity
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility and teamwork
