Inventory Clerk

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments by preparing, verifying, and handling packages for carrier pickup and delivery
• Perform routine inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock records through cycle counting and inventory review
• Assist with order fulfillment tasks such as picking, packing, labeling, and preparing materials for shipment
• Support kitting assignments by gathering components and assembling items according to work instructions
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts when needed, in a safe and responsible manner
• Maintain an orderly work area by keeping warehouse spaces clean, organized, and ready for daily operations

• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred, though training may be available for a strong entry-level candidate
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while meeting productivity expectations and daily deadlines
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay organized and complete tasks accurately
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and standing or walking for most of an 8-hour shift
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work well with a team while also handling responsibilities independently with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with AS9100 standards is an advantage
