Job Responsibility

Manage inventory levels of PPE, uniforms and other company issued equipment
Coordinate uniform ordering, distribution, repairs & laundry services
Track issuance and return of uniforms and equipment for new hires and separating employees
Remove terminated employees from uniform and inventory tracking systems
Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies
Conduct periodic inventory audits of company issued inventory to ensure proper tracking, accuracy and accountability
Identify discrepancies and coordinate resolution as needed
Communicate with vendors regarding orders, discrepancies repairs and service issues
Track order status and follow up to ensure timely delivery
Assist with resolving billing or inventory discrepancies
