Job Description:

This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to play a key role in managing inventory operations and supporting warehouse functions. If you have a strong background in inventory systems and administrative tasks, this role could be an excellent fit for you. This role is 100% onsite, M-F, 7am-4pm.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee accurate inventory management and data entry to maintain operational efficiency
Facilitate shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely and organized handling of goods
Coordinate warehouse activities, including forklift operations and workflow management
Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accuracy
Provide administrative support for inventory-related tasks and documentation
Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes and enhance productivity
Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards within the warehouse environment
Utilize inventory systems and software to monitor stock levels and generate reports

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or administrative roles
Proficiency in inventory systems, with knowledge of ERP solutions being advantageous
Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures and warehouse operations
Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage workflows effectively
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
Experience with software such as Cerner Technologies, Epic Software, or similar tools
Ability to work in a warehouse environment involving corrugated board materials
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
