We are looking for a BILINGUAL Inventory Clerk to support inventory record management for a Contract position in Houston, Texas | 77023. In this role, you will help keep stock information current by entering data accurately, updating movement records, and coordinating closely with warehouse personnel. This assignment is well suited to someone who is organized, comfortable working with numbers, and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility
Record inventory transactions in company systems with a high level of accuracy and timeliness
Work with warehouse team members and delivery drivers to verify that incoming and outgoing items are documented correctly
Review stock activity and complete routine cycle counts to help maintain dependable inventory records
Investigate mismatches in inventory data and assist in correcting discrepancies when they arise
Update tracking logs and supporting documentation for materials moving through the warehouse
Communicate inventory status and count issues clearly to relevant staff to support daily operations
Requirements
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Previous experience in data entry, inventory support, or warehouse recordkeeping
Strong numeric data entry skills with consistent attention to detail
Ability to type accurately and work efficiently in computer-based systems
Comfortable coordinating with warehouse staff and drivers throughout the workday
Basic understanding of inventory control practices, including cycle counting
Able to stay organized, manage routine tasks, and meet deadlines in a Contract role
