We are looking for a dedicated Inventory Clerk to join our team in Wilmington, Massachusetts. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting production activities. This is a long-term contract position, offering an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Job Responsibility:
Assemble subcomponents and final products as part of daily production activities
Perform inventory tracking and ensure accurate records of all assets
Conduct annual physical inventory checks and address any discrepancies
Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Maintain adherence to health, safety, and environmental management procedures
Follow quality system requirements, including work instructions and policies
Participate in formal training sessions as directed to enhance skills and knowledge
Provide excellent service to both internal and external customers
Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow
Handle additional responsibilities as assigned to support operational needs
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members
Positive attitude and commitment to customer service
Familiarity with inventory tracking systems and assembly processes
Willingness to comply with corporate policies and quality standards
