Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Inventory clerk. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Brighton. This role has a salary of £26,265 pa.

Job Responsibility:

  • Document with Photos: Take high-quality photographs to supplement written descriptions and provide visual evidence
  • Assess Cleanliness: Evaluate property cleanliness and note areas requiring attention according to the tenancy agreement
  • Identify Maintenance Issues: Report any maintenance or repair issues promptly to property owners or management
  • Coordinate Check-Outs: Arrange and conduct check-out appointments with tenants, clearly communicating inspection procedures
  • Address Tenant Queries: Provide clarification and respond to tenant concerns regarding the inventory report findings
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work effectively with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders involved in the process
  • Adhere to Safety Standards: Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines during property inspections

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inventory management or a related field
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to inventory management
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
