Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team in Golden, Colorado. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a background in inventory management. Job Responsibility:

Coordinate shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems and tools
Perform data entry tasks to update inventory and shipment details in relevant software
Monitor and manage cash activity related to inventory transactions
Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications to generate reports and track metrics
Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies in inventory counts
Provide outstanding customer service during shipping and receiving transactions
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in inventory management
Support ongoing improvements to inventory processes and systems
Handle physical inventory tasks, including labeling and organizing stock

Requirements:

Proficiency in ERP systems and solutions, including IBM AS/400
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications
Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate inventory records
Knowledge of cash handling procedures and activity tracking
Excellent customer service abilities and communication skills
Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
