Job Responsibility:
Receive, count, and record incoming inventory and materials
Maintain accurate inventory records using spreadsheets or inventory management systems
Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
Monitor stock levels and report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged goods
Prepare inventory reports as needed for leadership or operations teams
Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and shipping teams to ensure accuracy
Keep inventory areas organized and compliant with safety standards
Requirements:
Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or data entry preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or inventory management software
Ability to lift and move inventory (as needed)
