We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team in Tempe, Arizona. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to manage inventory processes efficiently while supporting operational goals. The ideal candidate will have experience working with inventory systems and software, along with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Job Responsibility:
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability
Utilize Dynamics 365 to track and analyze inventory data
Prepare detailed reports and charts using Excel to support inventory audits
Answer inbound calls and assist with inventory-related inquiries
Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and maintain data integrity
Collaborate with team members to improve inventory processes and workflows
Perform clerical tasks, including filing and documentation, related to inventory management
Support ERP solutions to streamline inventory operations
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and inventory management policies
Requirements:
Previous experience in inventory management or a similar clerical role
Proficiency in Dynamics 365 and ERP systems
Advanced skills in Excel, including the ability to create charts and graphs
Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, including experience answering inbound calls
Familiarity with auditing processes and data integrity practices
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Nice to have:
Knowledge of financial systems like ADP or similar software is a plus
