This is a part time position with flexible working hours of 22.5 hours per week, and has an OTE of £25,500 pa.
Job Responsibility:
Document with Photos: Take high-quality photographs to supplement written descriptions and provide visual evidence
Assess Cleanliness: Evaluate property cleanliness and note areas requiring attention according to the tenancy agreement
Identify Maintenance Issues: Report any maintenance or repair issues promptly to property owners or management
Coordinate Check-Outs: Arrange and conduct check-out appointments with tenants, clearly communicating inspection procedures
Address Tenant Queries: Provide clarification and respond to tenant concerns regarding the inventory report findings
Ensure Compliance: Stay informed about relevant regulations and ensure inventory procedures comply with legal requirements
Maintain Records: Organise and maintain accurate records of inventory reports, photographs, and correspondence
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work effectively with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders involved in the process
Seek Improvement: Continuously look for opportunities to enhance inventory management procedures and service quality
Adhere to Safety Standards: Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines during property inspections
Requirements:
Proven experience in inventory management or a related field
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to inventory management
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
