Job Responsibility:
Manage inbound and outbound truck logistics, ensuring smooth operations and accurate documentation
Maintain and update customer inventory records with precision
Perform inventory tracking and assist with annual physical inventory processes
Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and manage inventory reports and formulas
Coordinate with customers regarding shipments, invoices, and contracts
Support dispatching and logistics operations to optimize supply chain processes
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining organization and focus
Collaborate with team members to improve inventory management practices
Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers regarding inventory needs
Assist in general office duties related to inventory and logistics
Requirements:
Proven experience in inventory management or logistics
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas
