Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Inventory Clerk to join our team in Woburn, Massachusetts. In this Contract position, you will play a key role in managing inventory processes and ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee shipping and receiving tasks, including handling shipments through carriers such as FedEx
Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
Operate forklifts for material handling
Participate in kitting projects to prepare materials for distribution
Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe at all times
Assist in pulling, cutting, packing, and shipping orders to meet daily operational goals
Collaborate with team members to achieve efficiency and productivity targets
Adhere to company standards and procedures, including AS9100 requirements if applicable

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is preferred
willing to train motivated candidates
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting daily performance goals
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy
Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8 hours a day
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with AS9100 standards is a significant advantage

Nice to have:

Prior forklift certification
Experience with AS9100 standards
