Inventory Clerk

• Verify incoming deliveries against shipment details and inspect materials for accuracy and condition before they are entered into inventory
• Pick items for orders, package them securely, and prepare outbound shipments to meet daily shipping timelines
• Keep inventory areas orderly by organizing stock, updating item locations, and supporting overall warehouse accuracy
• Assist with shipping records, tracking information, and related documentation to ensure orders move through the process correctly
• Load and unload products as needed, including handling materials weighing up to 50 pounds during the shift
• Perform inventory tracking activities, including cycle counts and support for annual physical inventory processes
• Help maintain a clean, secure, and safety-focused workspace while following warehouse procedures
• Work closely with team members to complete operational goals efficiently and resolve day-to-day inventory issues

• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping and receiving, or a related logistics role
• Hands-on experience with order picking, packing, stock handling, and shipment preparation
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the workday
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate inventory and asset tracking records
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
• Dependable attendance, a strong sense of accountability, and a consistent work ethic
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with inventory processes such as asset inventory, annual inventory, or annual physical inventory is preferred
