Job Responsibility:
Take high-quality photographs to supplement written descriptions and provide visual evidence
Evaluate property cleanliness and note areas requiring attention according to the tenancy agreement
Report any maintenance or repair issues promptly to property owners or management
Arrange and conduct check-out appointments with tenants, clearly communicating inspection procedures
Provide clarification and respond to tenant concerns regarding the inventory report findings
Stay informed about relevant regulations and ensure inventory procedures comply with legal requirements
Organise and maintain accurate records of inventory reports, photographs, and correspondence
Work effectively with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders involved in the process
Continuously look for opportunities to enhance inventory management procedures and service quality
Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines during property inspections
Requirements:
Proven experience in inventory management or a related field beneficial
Excellent organisational and time management skills
UK driving license and access to own vehicle
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to inventory management
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
