Job Responsibility

Coordinate sales completion, and title administrative tasks for a dedicated or multiple Avis Car Sales locations, with corporate & VAB offices and third-party partners
Load and execute documentation related to all retail transactions
E-signing and E-contracting are required whenever applicable
Ensure deal structure meets bank approval guidelines & terms, LTV, Back-end allowance, Contract rate, Bank fees, etc., prior to contracting
Confirm and verify proof of insurance with customers, insurance agents, prior to contracting
Confirm and verify trade payoffs prior to contracting customers when applicable
Obtain and handle customer deposits/downpayments according to company policy and process
