Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Inventory and Inspections Clerk. This is a full-time, permanent position located either in Nottingham or Derby. This salary on offer for this role is £25,000.

Job Responsibility

  • Completing Mid Term Inspection reports during the Tenancy
  • Liaising with local Property Managers to identify defects when completing any report to ensure swift resolutions
  • Supporting the Property Management team with tenant check-outs
  • Completing high‑quality Inventory and Schedule of Condition reports at the start of each tenancy
